Didn't loose, but it was probally due to that stupid tortilla
11:00 Drops
2:00 Shrimp with TBSP salsa, 5 strawberries with stevia, 1 grisini
8:00 ground beef, zucchini, 1 Grisini
So I realized I have not been putting down all my drops times, I am taking them 3 days a day, I just keep forgetting to write the time down, and I have been getting all of my 64 oz of water in per day!
