Day 3

Weight of Day 3.....130. So I lost what I gained!

8:00 Drops

Water, Coffee

11:00 Apple

1:00 Salad with Chicken seasoned with McCormicks Red Chili and Garlic

4:00 Apple

6:30 Tilapia and half of a squash

I got all the water I'm suppose to have....half of my body weight in ounces, and I drank alot of tea and coffee. Not too bad. I didn't feel hungry until last night

Super excited to keep things moving!
